Moms Against Racism presents... Healing Together: Exploring BIPOC Identity Through Art
There is a lot of talk about self-care, and community care, and we all know we should be doing it, but how many of us actually are? There are a lot of reasons we give for putting off investing in ourselves like time, money, kids, too hard to do it alone…
Well, we want to help you overcome each one of those obstacles because healing is one of MAR’s core values:
“We recognize oppressive systems cause harm for everyone. We know that hurt people, hurt people. We each must take responsibility for our own healing to create space for our collective healing to occur.”
In collaboration with Professional Art Therapist, Tina Tam, MAR is offering our third 8-week art as therapy virtual group offering.
